Create a website that has links to articles or other sections.
Place Adsense ads in the exact same location on the hyperlinked page.

The Method:
There are many older or inexperienced web visitors that still don't know that most links through a browser are single-click links. As a result, there are many who double click a link and tend to accidently click the page that comes up afterwards. You may want to incorporate this into your CTR strategy.
Most of the time, double clicking a link on the web isn't an issue, because the hyperlinked website takes a while to load. So the resulting second click doesn't do anything.
However, if you are able to make a page that loads instantly, then you can get that second click.

1. Buy a domain and hosting.
2. Create website with links to page 2.
3. On page 2, strip the page of any graphics.
4. Place Adsense Ads in exact same physical location as the link on Page 1.
5. Add content for page 2.
6. Generate traffic.
7. Get accidental clicks.
Final Word:
Another strategy for getting the second click is to use javascript to ask the user to click OK or Cancel. Place the Adsense ads in the center of the page at the exact same physical location as where the javascript popup appears. Then you might catch the second click this way.
